Who Are You Betting on To Win The Super Bowl?

The NFL Draft is over, and that’s going to reset futures bets all around the NFL. a lot of teams got better, some stayed the same, some divisions got turned on their head.

For me, it’s still the Buffalo Bills. They added to their already deep secondary, and they built in some cushion as they wait for Tre White to return to the field, and gives them some time if White needs to start on the IR. Buffalo also added a top running back to their already stacked offense. Giving Josh Allen another weapon to throw to, is like upgrading your Cadillac, you didn’t need to, it’s just better that way. So, I’m still willing to put my money on Buffalo. However, I wanted to know what other NFL fans thought.

The responses were a mixed bag so it was nice to be able to address some of the predictions, and whether or not I agreed with them or not.

Bondzee I love you, but there is no way that I’m putting my money on the Green Bay Packers to win the Super Bowl. They did address the wide receiver position, and I get that Aaron Rodgers is still the quarterback of the team, however, I have a couple of reasons that I wouldn’t bet on them. The first being, the Packers have had zero success in the postseason since winning the Super Bowl over ten-years-ago. Until they do it, I can’t trust them. I also don’t think Rodgers is going to allow Matt LaFleur to run the football like he wants, and because of that, I just can’t trust the Packers.

The Chiefs had a pretty solid Draft. They addressed their secondary, they got Patrick Mahomes another receiver, and they filled some other important holes on their roster. Kansas City is playing in a hard division, and the Las Vegas Raiders, Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, and the Chiefs all have a chance to win that division. Even though it seems like a bit of a long shot because of all the roadblocks ahead of Kansas City, they still have Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Andy Reid is still the coach. So though the Chiefs may not be at the top of my list, I get why you’d put your money on them, and I’m not going to argue it.

There are a lot of good teams in the NFL right now, and a lot of them got better during Draft weekend. The Bengals, Buccaneers, Chargers, Ravens, Browns, 49ers, and the Rams, are all good bets as well. Of course, by week four we’re probably going to be having a very different conversation.
